The leadership of Green Group Holdings has designed and executed successful development projects under the names GreenFirst, LLC and Greenbow, LLC. Many projects are anchored by a landfill and recycling center and also feature an industrial or commercial business park attracting more businesses to the community, providing tax revenues and local jobs. Green Group Holdings’ experts specialize in the environment, engineering, local government, and public relations to handle the complicated permitting and communications process for each project. The Green Group Holdings recently filed a permit application for Pintail Park, a proposed mixed-use development and industrial park that will be anchored by Pintail Landfill at a site approximately one mile north of Hempstead Pintail Landfill will be a highly engineered, environmentally-friendly waste management facility that will provide annual revenue to Waller County in the form of host fees and taxes, good paying jobs and new business opportunities for local contractors and service providers. Pintail Landfill will include a landfill, construction and demolition debris recycling facility, and a green waste composting component, and will include a 200-foot buffer of trees and vegetation on all sides. |
